Direct Delivery by Palmer’s:
For large group orders, catering, or select local deliveries, Palmer’s offers direct delivery service from our store locations. Delivery availability, timing, fees, and minimum order requirements may vary by location.

Third-Party Delivery Partners:
Palmer’s Deli & Market also partners with trusted third-party delivery services including GrubHub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash.
Orders placed through these platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider, including fees, delivery times, and customer service support.
While we do our best to prepare your order with care, once it leaves our store with a third-party service, Palmer’s is not responsible for delays, delivery errors, or food condition issues that may occur during transport. We encourage you to reach out to the delivery platform directly if problems arise.
Catering Delivery

Catering Orders:
For catering deliveries, advance notice is required. We recommend placing catering orders at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability and appropriate delivery scheduling. -
Minimum Order Requirements:
Some catering deliveries may require a minimum order amount or incur a delivery fee based on distance. Details will be confirmed at the time of booking with the store manager. -
Delivery Windows:
We strive to deliver catering orders within a 15-30 minute delivery window surrounding your scheduled time. However, unexpected factors such as weather or traffic may cause slight delays. Our team will communicate with you if any adjustments are needed.
Weather and Unforeseen Delays
We value punctuality, but during periods of severe weather (including snow, ice, storms, or other hazardous conditions) or unexpected traffic disruptions, delivery times may be affected.
In these instances, we appreciate your understanding and patience as we prioritize safety for our team members and partners.
